   Immune boosting karuppu kavuni rice kanji recipe

   Ingredients:

1.Karuppu kavuni rice -1Tspn
(Roasted powder)
2.Water - 300ML
3.Jaggery/Sugar - To taste
4.Salt -1Pinch
5.Milk -(Optional)

                 

  • Roast and powder the karuppu kavuni rice. 

  • Mix the powder in the water and dissolve it before adding it to the pan it may help you to get rid of lumps) 

  • Boil 300ml of water or milk in the pan and add roasted powder to it stir well without getting lumps. Add salt 1pinch.

  • Finally add sugar or jaggery to it.
