1.Carrot -2Medium size
2.Badam -7Nos
3.Cashews -5Nos
4.Boiled milk -1Glass
5.Sugar/honey -To taste. 6.Ice cubes -(Optional) 7.Cardamon -(Optional)
HOW TO PREPARE
- Take chopped carrot 2Nos, badam 7Nos, cashews 5Nos to grind in the mixer and add boiled milk gradually to it.
- Adding ice cubes is optional and add sugar or honey to taste.
- If necessary add cardamon powder for garnishing as well as it gives flavour to it.
